Before you call
How is pricing calculated?
By square footage, restroom count, floor types, and how many nights per week you want service. After the walkthrough you get one fixed monthly figure — no hourly billing and no separate charges for supplies or equipment.
What hours do you work?
Whatever hours suit the building. Most clients prefer evenings or overnight so the space is empty, but we also run early-morning and daytime routes, and day porter service if you need restrooms and common areas maintained while the building is occupied. You pick the window at the walkthrough.
Who supplies paper products and soap?
We can stock consumables at cost and keep them inventoried, or work with the vendor you already use. Either way, running out is on us to flag.
Are you insured for work inside occupied buildings?
Yes — general liability, workers' compensation, and bonding are all current. We'll send a certificate naming your entity as additional insured before the first night, and your property manager can request it directly.
What if something isn't done right?
Call or text your account manager. Anything within scope gets corrected within 24 hours at no charge, and it goes on the monthly inspection sheet so it doesn't repeat.
Is there a long-term contract?
Agreements run month to month after the first 90 days, with 30 days' notice. We'd rather earn the renewal than lock you into one.
